As a freshman in 2013, Marchin appeared in all 32 games leading the team in power play goals with 4 and had 6 goals and 6 assists. During her sophomore year, she established career-highs in goals, assists and points (8-13-21). During her final year at Yale, she was named second-team All-Ivy League and earned a share of the team MVP Award. She also won the coaches award, Big Dog Award for blocking the most shots, was named 15th in the nation in points per game among defensmen, tied for the most power-play goals on the team and never missed a game in her career playing 123 straight games.


The 2019- and 2020 season will be Marchin’s second season in the NWHL and as a CT Whale. She appeared in 13 games as a reliable defenseman.
