Player Bio

The Detroit native won a national championship in 2011 with the Wisconsin Badgers. During her first season with the Badgers, she received votes for WCHA Rookie of the Year. For her senior year, she was elected to the All-WCHA Academic Team. Packer is one of 19 players in school history to record 100 points, recording 45 goals and 58 assists throughout her college career. She also won Gold at the 2008 and 2009 IIHF U-18 World Championships with Team USA.


Packer is joining the Riveters for a fifth season. Packer enters the 2019-20 season as the Riveter’s leader in points, goals, and penalty minutes.

During the 2017-18 NWHL season, Packer led the league with 10 goals and was a finalist for the NWHL’s MVP award. In 14 games, she put up 11 goals and 10 assists.

During the 2018-19 NWHL season, Packer was named one of the Fans’ Three Stars of the Season. In 17 games, she tallied eight goals and five assists for 13 points.
